The designation of 'KHGN Field Archivist Specialist' is an internal operational metric used strictly to verify data-entry competency for voluntary, unpaid service within our organization's digital repositories. In compliance with federal Private Benefit regulations and our corporate Conflict of Interest Policy, this program does not provide job placement, employment referrals, or private financial advancement. Participation is entirely voluntary and intended solely for the public benefit of preserving Kentucky history."
